About WPI General Contractors
WPI General Contractors — Wilson Properties Inc, incorporated in 1991 and led by owner-operator Benji Wilson — is a Florence general contractor whose primary trade is roofing. Painting is a secondary line: the company describes handling 'any type of remodeling, refinishing, or new construction job, from painting to erecting original structures,' and BBB categorizes it under painting contractors as well.
Buyers get a full GC wrapper around the paint work — workers' comp and liability coverage, manufacturer's and workmanship warranties, onsite supervision, and free no-obligation estimates. Its Google rating runs 3.9 across 14 reviews, so read the mixed feedback before committing, especially for roofing-led projects.
